So several weeks ago I mentioned my friend Ally who has lost a bunch of weight on WW and has inspired me to get back on track and get healthy again. My DH has been so supportive of me as well. I told you that I wanted to start weighing in weekly (simply because it will help to motivate me more if I have to be accountable to all you out in blogland) and said that I would after I was all settled in. Well, I'm all settled in. I weighed myself last week so that when I weighed myself this week I would actually have a +/- number to report. This week I had 1 day that I did a major workout, another day that I went for a nice walk around the neighborhood with the dog and kept at a good fast pace the whole time, and then of course I did daily housework. I am happy to report that I am down 3 lbs. from last week. So 3 lbs. lost, a lot more to go.
This week my goal is to do a major workout at least twice along with the daily house cleaning and such. My house here is almost twice the size of what we had in Kansas so I definately get a workout with the cleaning.
I do have some stamping projects to share but it's almost 10:30 p.m. so that will have to wait till tomorrow. Yesterday was World Card Making Day and we celebrated over at SCS with a bunch of fun challenges. I did all 7! So I have lots to share... but like I said... tomorrow. Till then, good night.

That is awesome, Sharon!!! Maybe after I get over yet another cold and get my house organized I can start an exercise and diet routine. You are inspiring me.
I need to comment on some past posts. Apparently I was having issues and pictures weren't coming up because I didn't see your pictures of the house!! the craft room looks great and OMG!!! Is that really Army housing???? It looks so nice. And it is not connected to another house!!
Congrats on the 3 pounds sweetie!!!
Those first few pounds are so motivating--and you totally deserve this!
Remember, the more you pee the more weight you lose. So drink that water! LOL
